went to USS to celebrate lamley’s birthday. (=
mmm i like theme parks i guess, in general, there are nice things to look at, i don’t really like crowds so i was a bit wary of that, plus it’s a saturday so… :/
but it turned out great! there wasn’t much of a crowd, thank goodness. the longest queue was probably 20mins, and the shortest.. i’d just have to walk through all the darn barriers and i’ll be able to sit the ride near immediately!
but in one word to describe the rides: cockblock. seriously the themepark was pathetic to say the least. considering how the rollercoasters were the only fun thing.. it says a lot!
hardworkin sis lookin at the maps.. if she wasn’t there i’d do the job so thank my stars i had her.. sometimes all i wanna do is chill and follow the crowd and not make decisions..

it was rather tame and fun except i screamed when the spiders dropped onto me bahahah.
we took the canopy ride, which was.. quite fun i guess, sitting facing the back is so much more fun! and we sat the kid’s coaster.. i was like ‘eyer confirm boring one’ and when we went down all i remembered was me shouting ‘wa lau eh!’ ahahahahhaha
went for the water show too…

it looked like it was about to rain so sis and i dashed to sit the human coaster (red).. i’ve a fear of roller coasters, well i hate the big drop, but i love the cockscrews (bahaha) and everything else.. and i thought the red one will be less scary. haaha (obviously weong). anyway i was screaming like an idiot, and then hugging the seat, because there are no handle bars for me to grab, there’s nothing in front/beside for me to hold so i just hugged the seat ahaha.
there after we went to sit the blue one which was heaps awesome. preferred the cylon to human! (= then we went on the mummy ride.. which is when the word “cockblock” came about. it was absolutely boring and the twists and turns were so jerky.. not fun. even when it rolled backwards, before you got to the climax, it rolled back up.. erm okay. now i know how it feels to be a woman who didn’t.. you know.. yeah.

had lunch at a diner, kinda like what we have in melb.
transofrmers 3D! it was not too bad, but it def won’t be drawing crowds due because it’s just simulation, kinda boring! i got bored and took off the specs and looked at the interior instead..
after that… there wasn’t anything much to do.. so sis and i went to take the blue coaster, and sat the mummy twice in a row.. that was… bad… motion sickness hahahah.

was feeling so gross, hot, sweaty, have i mentioned disgusting? so that was eeeky. but yea, i wouldn’t say uss isn’t fun, or that it’s sucky. just, not as fun as i thought it’d be! again, expectations vs reality… glad i sat on the rollercoasters though :p
