we headed upstairs for the view. i think that’s the best part of this restaurant. the view! the waiters are not “classy” to say the least, they don’t serve water, they knock things over soooo many times, they don’t clear your plates. and it’s not like the place was full. there were only 5 tables, inclu mine.

plus the person who picked up my call was.. urg. trying to seem like they only cater to the westerners (bloody suck ups!), saying “oh im not sure if there is space, let me check” and then kept telling me there might not be space blablablaaa. jizzus. but anw, yea. i won’t wanna head back again, even worse if ive to make the call

but it turned out great! there wasn’t much of a crowd, thank goodness. the longest queue was probably 20mins, and the shortest.. i’d just have to walk through all the darn barriers and i’ll be able to sit the ride near immediately!

but in one word to describe the rides: cockblock. seriously the themepark was pathetic to say the least. considering how the rollercoasters were the only fun thing.. it says a lot!

it looked like it was about to rain so sis and i dashed to sit the human coaster (red).. i’ve a fear of roller coasters, well i hate the big drop, but i love the cockscrews (bahaha) and everything else.. and i thought the red one will be less scary. haaha (obviously weong). anyway i was screaming like an idiot, and then hugging the seat, because there are no handle bars for me to grab, there’s nothing in front/beside for me to hold so i just hugged the seat ahaha.

there after we went to sit the blue one which was heaps awesome. preferred the cylon to human! (= then we went on the mummy ride.. which is when the word “cockblock” came about. it was absolutely boring and the twists and turns were so jerky.. not fun. even when it rolled backwards, before you got to the climax, it rolled back up.. erm okay. now i know how it feels to be a woman who didn’t.. you know.. yeah.

Since when is it acceptable in society to use that as a form of salutation? The last I remembered, my mother taught me manners. And it didn’t just happen once.

1) met friends at brewerkz. When I said “hi”, my guy ‘friend’ was like “wa.. You.. Hmm.. Look.. Different”. I got annoyed and said “you mean fat?” and he laughed and said “ya”

What the fuck?? Is that how you say hi? Haven’t seen you in a year and should I ask why you still look the same, having your right hand as your girlfriend?

2) went to church. Lady was being mega rude asking me why I’m only in church that day after being back for one month. And then she said “wa you put on weight. Am I right” and I stared at her and snapped “no I lost weight” and she tried to cover up by sayin “oh I meant you.. Grew.. Became more mature”

Bitch please, it’s because of people like you I avoid church. All the inanities, askin what I’m doin, when I’m graduating. Not interested. If you’re so concerned you’d remember when my parents told you. Fuck? If you really just ‘wanna say hi’, just come up and smile ad say hi?! What’s with the stupid comments?

3) early reunion dinner. Aunt came over and said “wow you’ve put on weight”. She spent even say hi or anything. I flare at her and walk away.

4) complained to my mom about the aunt. She laughed and said “she’s not the only one who said that”

No shit people? What’s wrong with all of you?! Let’s be transparent about this okay? In end 2010? I was 55kg. Now I’m 52kg. How the heck have I “put on weight”?

And you’re really wondering why im takin a fuckload of pills every single day? When I don’t eat, you complain I’m starving myself. When I eat you tell me I’ve put on weight. Is there any way to shut you guys up?

I can’t deny I care about what people think, but that’s another issue altogether. Singaporeans are getting more rude in general, Asians keep placing an emphasis on how one should be stick-thin and they use your past as a benchmark.

Excuse me, I was 16 when I was 43kg. Is that how you really want me to look? A bag of bones and depressed, but able to fit into size -10 clothes or something? Obviously from then I’ve put on weight? And you wonder why girls are killing themselves over weight issues?

didn’t buy many things, sadly! the quality isn’t that good, price isn’t that cheap either. of course, coming from melbourne, everything is cheap, but given the standard of living over there i’m pretty sure they killed our wallets..

went for a massage at night..
opted for just the head, shoulders, hands and leg one.. cannot let them touch my whole body! i’ll probably sprain every part :/

it was a mad rush to our hotel after lunch.. tuktuk guy took us on a joy ride.. asshole…

while they left for the hotel, i took a cab to my cousin’s place..

like for my cuz and i at first we hit off well but then at night when he bashed singapore saying there’s nothing to do.. i was just like -raises hands- okay i can’t say much because i’m contented just hanging out with my friends..
