story behind this… graduation thing.
pop bought me a graduation bear which i rendered useless now i’ve grown up but momsy said they’ll only buy it once in a lifetime so it’s okay…

kx and panda asked me to buy the photos saying that it’s a once in a life time thing (srsly… really meh i can rent a suit to pose next time ma lol) so i rummaged through my bag for the photo number. realised i left it in the paper bag and momsy brought home so i couldn’t order pictures. kx and panda told me to call home to get the serial number so i did. then momsy told me she found the note and she and pop went to order the pictures for me because.. yes same reason as panda and kx.

and they ordered the huge ones. wow. my face is as big as thumb…

post grad party

SO AWFULLY HOT.

i’m damn sure i shrunk by like 1cm, the heat melted some part of me.
as i always say.. “just when you wonder ‘how low can you go?’ you hit an all new low, you’ll be shocked”

today involved A LOT of food. what’s new? (=
kx came to my place and we slept so soundly haha! showered, changed and met the rest at clark quay..

had an early dinner at some jap place in central.

after dinner we walked around for a bit.. went to sticky to buy sweets and saw the guy make the sweets. cute! but looks bitchy HAHAHA.

headed to the clinic (main celebration haha). bloody ove rated, over price, and the place was definitely over heated.

we tried some of each, and all tasted like.. shit. lol. already biased because i don’t like alcohol… but really. medicinal taste only 1/6 was nice. the peach flavoured shot. and it smelt like my body shop soap.. so um..

well it probably tasted like medicine to suit the ‘theme’ of the place but still..

divided the rest of the alcohol because it was gross and we played games to determine who had to drink it.

their food wasn’t great either. nachos = the nacho chips from the bag (nachos potato chips with cheese which can be gotten from any 7-11). tempura fish with fries was even worse. the fish had NO taste. i have no idea what we were paying for, and hawker centre would have better fish and chips.

wine menu was pathetic. about a list of 30 wines, and only 3-4 were available. the rest had the sticker “not available”. and this really irks me because 1) get the wine OR 2) change the damn menu.

i literally laughed when i opened the menu because the stickers were everywhere! and when the rest saw what i was laughing at they laughed too, i mean it’s so so… weird. :/

immediately after we finished the alcohol, the lady swopped over, cleared all the drinks. -_- it was a ‘chasing us away’ sign. tsk. anyway we were more than happy to leave. it was really stuffy!

drinks variety: only about 6 different alcohols, most priced at $50
service: don’t get me started. the guy told us he was the walking menu, i asked what mocktails he had, and he didn’t know. asked for the snacks menu, he didn’t understand. -_-
ambience: wtf. bloody hot.

and i wouldn’t go there again if not for the novelty/hype.

blackberry beer! had buffalo wings (YUMMM) and potato skins..

beer was a lil too gassy. but i like! at least it helps drown the bitterness…

graduation

after 3 freaking years……
it’s over. bitter sweet, ironic as i’ve been missing out on life for the past 3 years but i’ve really enjoyed my time in ngee ann. i would trade many moments in obviously :p but ah well…

oh wait, reason why graduation was a success:
1) didn’t fall on my face (my worst fear for the day!)
2) my clothes weren’t 1/2 bad
3) i did not have ugly black roots
4) don’t have to take pictures with people i didn’t wanna take with (damn bitchy i know but i realised i shouldn’t get ‘caught up in the moment’) :p

so last night my sis did my brows, dyed my hair, got my clothes, basically she’s pretending i’m getting married.

in the morning, she was up at like, 6.50am. not that she woke up, she just wasn’t asleep.
thus, fuss over blow drying my hair (i haven’t done this in years…), eye make up and all and i kept fidgeting.

also, i think i don’t really like stuff to touch my face i was squirming in my seat every time a brush punched my face…

ANYWAY… after the ceremony..

momsy and dad came. (= very happy haha. but okay only lah, the next time, grad from uni, then it’ll be more worth it.
