so i’ve been catching up on a heap of movies after the exam. yea 1 exam only haahhaha.
that’s a total of….. 12 movies in a week or less.
yea i’m THAT awesome stoning at the computer, juggling going out, keeping a life, cooking, cleaning… whoo! k here’s the list.

best out of all the other x men shows!!! i just have to say, i was like OMFG IS THAT KEVIN BACON, CREEP FROM HOLLOW MAN. and also i thought ewan mcgregor was charles haha.
raven was smoking, though i don’t understand. if she could morph into anyone, why did she morph into someone with slightly plump legs? sure it’s hot but damn, if i could morph.. hahaha..
and the beast injection thing WAS SO PREDICTABLE. )= okay maybe it’s cos i knew who hank was already… i loved how they carved the story of 2 best friends who wanted different things and left.
angel (the wings girl) was utterly slutty looking and disgusting. and yes i found her too fat for my liking.

so 2 weeks have flown like CRAZY.
couldn’t even stop to catch my breath. i think exhausted might be the right word here, but i was enjoying myself.. probably need to take a day or two just to sleep though.

played tour guide to tom (probably the worst ever). he came to sg on monday night (2wks back) and we met on weds.
went to the esplanade and we took some shots. it was a wet and rainy day eurgh.

met on saturday again, crashed tommy’s party and it wasn’t too bad. chomp chomp was a disappointment. 2 strikes for lousy food! urg.

didn’t meet much that week cos schedule was pretty packed and i didn’t know if he planned anything BUTBUTBUT. he didn’t! and so in the 2nd week we met up more often.

on monday (17th) i decided to go meet him aft work. he wanted to go to sentosa.. told him to meet me at harbour front and…. for the 2nd time in my life, i fell asleep and missed my stop. the shittiest part was that bus 30 brought me on the ECP….. wanted to faint.

story: tom wanted a stamp in his passport, and since msia was nearby he wanted to spend a few days there. but i told him it wasn’t safe for him and since all he wanted was a stamp i could get him one in a day.

met him after school (bloody drained already haha nearly everyday i’m going to school till the aftn, then meeting him till late) and we went to jb! took the bus in and walked around. STAMPED! there wasn’t much to see. was hoping to buy a few rings but there were none suitable!!

met up with marv and the rest and we went for dinner. yumyum. crayfish, crabs, kang kong, pork, buns…. went for drinks after that.

ta-dah. me being a klutz, i toppled the whole glass of sprite onto myself. -facepalm-

went to wash the cars and had lok lok while waiting. i didn’t eat any because i was soooo full. reached home at about 330 that day and i was up at 630 :/ was so thankful it was friday then, short day in school.

school was horrid!! )= was so damn tired i was mumbling to myself and singing to keep myself awake and i was being so random w my students…

fell asleep while waiting for tom to come over and…. i didn’t hear my phone ring god knows how long he waited :/ went to swim and just slacked by the pool till dinner.

brought him to ayer rajah food centre and ordered roti john, indian rojak and fish meat bee hoon. yumyumyum i miss the food there! was labeled “1/2 white” by the indian man. packed the food home and after showering we headed over to 1Altitude. since i promised him the awesome view..

lamley got us up and boy this time was more amazing! atmosphere, crowd. not too many people to make you feel suffocated, but enough to make the place lively.

saturday was spent having brunch and tea w mrs teo. quite amazed how we still keep in touch, and hey we can actually carry a proper conversation and joke

went home, showered and went for GAYA2011 at lasalle with luke. loved the choreo! beautifully put together by SMUKI. for one of the first times we were a minority! most around us were indonesian chinese. but it was really good (= had dinner after that, went to find wanto and we just stoned by the plastic grass patch.

caught shaolin at vivo w cass and lamley. good show! (= but rather gory, felt quite uneasy with all the blood. bleurgh. the next morn, 3 of us + tom went to have japanese steamboat buffet at iluma. and i don’t know how they did it but i actually tried sea urchin. jellyish and really soft! up next was ark-shell. or something like that. very very fishy. )= and then salmon roe. which was quite yummy w lemon actually. (= didn’t try the tuna/octo/yellowfin/scallops.. maybe another time.

walked over to bugis street. which was hell. eew))))= mad packed please! ate desserts at this.. idk where, but it’s at bugis junction. and somehow they convinced me to eat durian. -washes mouth- still don’t like the pungent smell, and the aftertaste!!!! srsly even aft hrs, when you burp….

went to the arcade. funfunfun. got my ass kicked. haha. then took a bus back to my place. had dinner at ayer rajah w sis, kim, marv and chris. then marv, chris, tom and i went to party world (haha). murdered everyone w our voices.

and that’s it for these 2 weeks. super long update, so much fun, though im soooo sleepy. i’m going to miss heading out to all the random touristy areas and pretending to be a tourist )= there’s still places i haven’t been to yet!

since joyce was awake, we decided to catch…

white chicks!

we’ve all seen it before, i’ve seen it at least 5 times but it never fails to crack me up. teehee. ((= too bad i downloaded the “censored” version. nevertheless, not much missed out!

then j went to sleep and……. we started on our films both of which made me cry like a baby. It was much worse than the bucket list or remember me. On a really positive note, this means my tear ducts aren’t “blocked”, which happened when I was young and I couldn’t cry.

the first film…

Andy has never caught pearl harbour before, and yes brawl brawl brawl… Except, this time, I didn’t cry at the opening credits of pearl harbour. -avoids eye contact- I remember watching it at home and i started tearing the min i heard the song, and my sis was like “what’s wrong with you?!”

sis: which part are you at?! why cry??
me: uhm. show hasn’t actually started yet…
sis: mad ah?

I cried everytime the actors were talking and andy was ruining the moment! he was like “are you gonna tumblr the quotes” and i wanted to stab him because i wanted to do that! grr.

(also, i prepared a tissue box by my side cos i knew what would happen haha.)

it was about 5 when we were done w pearl harbour and then we moved on to the 2nd movie…

armageddon.

sobfest no.2. cannot understand how andy can just sit there and not feel anything. HEART MADE OF STONE IS IT?

the show wasn’t as good as pearl harbour in my opinion, but i liked it! i didn’t cry that much though, simply because there was less action, heaps more drilling and all. and we ate zha jiang mian for breakfast while watching the show. i was quite a wreck when harry called his daughter to say goodbye. )=

was about 8.15 when we ended our mini movie marathon. hoho. felt quite awake and honestly those 2 shows made me feel like i should treasure every single moment of my life. it isn’t one of those ‘feel good’ movies and maybe i’ll reflect on the shows one day, esp armageddon.

okay i’ve only slept for 2hours, because i woke up at about 1040 to head to st kilda’s beach w momsy and j. another blog post soon, i’m off to bed! will wake up later

1) momsy’s in town. she’s been doing soooo much for j and i. i’ll really miss her when she leaves. see, this is why i’d rather not have people come visit me. it kinda screws my emotions over. but ah then again, live with it! must.be.independent. -roars-

2) thursdays/fridays are unofficial cookout days. yumyum.

3) i caught remember me. (and.cried.) also, i’ve proven that i’m a really bad movie watched. well, on the computer that is. pause. stand up to get stuff. play. pause. repeatx10. i can’t do that in the movies cos then i’d miss a part of the show. i remember how during “eclipse” (yea with rpatty too) i literally RAN to the toilet in heels. &*%^$#&^%

4) dude where’s my car (the movie..) if officially under the list of movies i’ll NEVER catch again. with the likes of scary movie, harold and kumar, french kissing, ykno? i feel like i ACTUALLY owe people braincells. like i’d have to borrow some from them just to keep sane. while dishing out sarcastic comments.

5) i.need.some.action.(movies). getting fast and furious and other shows. oo transformers!

6) took a short day trip to a quaint town, most shops were closed by the time we reached, and it was a lil rainy, i was in heels (hehe), but. FUN. and i got to sleep in the car. (=

woke up at an unearthly hour (10am) and went to clark quay to meet luke, mons and wan. brewerkz, specifically. they all came late. )= but nevermind i was browsing the menu and taking my time to read every.single.ingredient. haha!

luke and i had so many agreements on dressings. ahhh. (= i saw the mortal enemy. slippers with jeans. geez people. NO NO. neverrrr. NO. never goes with anything thanks. well duh if it’s females then different story if their slippers are nice, fine. but ground rule? NOOOO!.

they accompanied me to collect my watch at wheelock but great. shop closed.

anyway we went to 313..

walked around and the boys were being really sneaky and i realised they wanted to buy me something and thus….

day 4

today was sucha long day!!!
firstly, the REALLY disappointing match between germany and spain. it was euro 08 all over again, germany refused to play well. what a big disappointment it was not like how they played during other matches. which made me think if the match was once again, fixed. i went offline even before the match ended. sigh.

then while i was trying to sleep jiahui called and we talked for a bit and it wasn’t awkward which means i AM learning how to talk on the phone and.. i’m trying to be sociable? hmm.

moving on, woke up at about 12.30pm, showered, and dragged myself to take passport photos. i looked horrid, hair was still really wet. eew.

went down to AAS, (redhill) it was 2pm at that time. couldn’t find it, damn the kung chung road!

so i went to the AAS and i was majorly disappointed.. i did get the international license BUT it wasn't a card!! grrr.

some stupid passport size booklet i’ve to carry around.it costs $22 a year. and there’s no such thing as a renewal. you just apply for it as and when you want to drive in another country. and they won’t remind you when it expires.

happy me though. -_- happy for nothing. sigh. apparently, this lets me drive in ALL countries except China. wonder why. not like i’d drive in china the people there are mad. they make sure they use their horns 24/7, they drive at crazy speeds w/o a thought for others’ safety. retards, it’s probably a ploy by the government to lessen the population.

okay anyway i headed home to shower and off to town!

and we seemed so grown up. you know, like when you get old, maybe in your 40s and you drive out to meet for high-tea and chat about life. except this was supper for me and we “stole” the car and she bitched about this ang moh but it was so fun.

i guess things change as we grow older and i can safely say my siblings and i are really close compared to last time. they know my friends and hang out with them, and vice versa.. ahhh maybe i’m hitting my 40s soon :p

bella becomes sluttier (just when you thought “how low can that girl go” you’d be shocked) and sleeps with both edward AND jacob on consecutive days. she misses her period, realises she’s pregnant with 2 babies. the first baby is a vamp (like her), the second baby is a se lang (lecher in mandarin), oh big surprise! JUST LIKE HER. and both babies fall in love with each other and there you go. a 1000 episodes of “winter sonata” and other korean shows!

Jacob and edward both realise they’re so self sacrificing, they “pull out” of the love-triangle. and they fall for each other. best ending ever. bella wanted both of them to like each other and wadyakno! they did just that, even more! and we’ll have another show, Jacob broke edward’s back on the mountain!

Bella becomes a vampire, then shags the daylights out of jacob because she still has feelings for him. Bella has never had human sex, and to make it a notch higher, she is into beastality. jacob has also never had sex with humans, so he makes it up by experimenting. *cough* necrophilia. Edward, once again, is so forgiving. In the heat of the moment, Bella makes edward join in and *BHAM* a show for all the lao ah peks. (duh edward agrees, he never says no to bella!)

4) G version

Bella is put under a spell by the volturi, and is made to sleep forever. The only way she’ll wake up is by “true love’s first kiss”. Edward accidentally gets turned into shrek, and his mission is to save bella. He goes with his sidekick (no prizes for guessing who), JACOB, the donkey! Bella wakes up, is disgusted by both the donkey and shrek, and must now decide who she should marry.

ps: did anyone see the shangri-la hotel ad before the show?! where the man was trapped in the avalanche, and the wolves saved him, then there was the shangri-la ad?

during the movie when they were up in the mountains, where bella was shivering, we (sis bro marv kim shy) were waiting for the shangri-la logo to pop up! TSK.
