so 2 weeks have flown like CRAZY.
couldn’t even stop to catch my breath. i think exhausted might be the right word here, but i was enjoying myself.. probably need to take a day or two just to sleep though.
played tour guide to tom (probably the worst ever). he came to sg on monday night (2wks back) and we met on weds.
went to the esplanade and we took some shots. it was a wet and rainy day eurgh.
me being me i didn’t know what to say to him and i was SO POLITE HAHAHAHA.

there wasn’t much at the flyer so we just stoned and walked.
we had dinner at glutton’s bay and the stingray was a disappointment. thank goodness it’s his first time having it: no comparison!

met on saturday again, crashed tommy’s party and it wasn’t too bad. chomp chomp was a disappointment. 2 strikes for lousy food! urg.
didn’t meet much that week cos schedule was pretty packed and i didn’t know if he planned anything BUTBUTBUT. he didn’t! and so in the 2nd week we met up more often.
on monday (17th) i decided to go meet him aft work. he wanted to go to sentosa.. told him to meet me at harbour front and…. for the 2nd time in my life, i fell asleep and missed my stop. the shittiest part was that bus 30 brought me on the ECP….. wanted to faint.

i think we kinda got more comfy w each other and we started making stupid remarks (ok, me, mostly…) walked to the merlion, which looked freaky. :/ ended up at the underwater world! the last time i went there was when i was 10.. geez.
played with the stingrays quite a bit. so manja! (= they’ll let you pet them as they swim by and all
saw many cute underwater creatures.
this reminded me of the GBR. i wanna go back and stone underwater!!! or get narc-ed.

on tues he went to the sci centre and then he came by for dinner after that.. erm here’s a picture of us. very compatible in terms of height HAHAHAHAH

story: tom wanted a stamp in his passport, and since msia was nearby he wanted to spend a few days there. but i told him it wasn’t safe for him and since all he wanted was a stamp i could get him one in a day.
met him after school (bloody drained already haha nearly everyday i’m going to school till the aftn, then meeting him till late) and we went to jb! took the bus in and walked around. STAMPED! there wasn’t much to see. was hoping to buy a few rings but there were none suitable!!
met up with marv and the rest and we went for dinner. yumyum. crayfish, crabs, kang kong, pork, buns…. went for drinks after that.
ta-dah. me being a klutz, i toppled the whole glass of sprite onto myself. -facepalm-
went to wash the cars and had lok lok while waiting. i didn’t eat any because i was soooo full. reached home at about 330 that day and i was up at 630 :/ was so thankful it was friday then, short day in school.
school was horrid!! )= was so damn tired i was mumbling to myself and singing to keep myself awake and i was being so random w my students…
fell asleep while waiting for tom to come over and…. i didn’t hear my phone ring god knows how long he waited :/ went to swim and just slacked by the pool till dinner.
brought him to ayer rajah food centre and ordered roti john, indian rojak and fish meat bee hoon. yumyumyum i miss the food there! was labeled “1/2 white” by the indian man. packed the food home and after showering we headed over to 1Altitude. since i promised him the awesome view..
lamley got us up and boy this time was more amazing! atmosphere, crowd. not too many people to make you feel suffocated, but enough to make the place lively.

saturday was spent having brunch and tea w mrs teo. quite amazed how we still keep in touch, and hey we can actually carry a proper conversation and joke
went home, showered and went for GAYA2011 at lasalle with luke. loved the choreo! beautifully put together by SMUKI. for one of the first times we were a minority! most around us were indonesian chinese. but it was really good (= had dinner after that, went to find wanto and we just stoned by the plastic grass patch.
caught shaolin at vivo w cass and lamley. good show! (= but rather gory, felt quite uneasy with all the blood. bleurgh. the next morn, 3 of us + tom went to have japanese steamboat buffet at iluma. and i don’t know how they did it but i actually tried sea urchin. jellyish and really soft! up next was ark-shell. or something like that. very very fishy. )= and then salmon roe. which was quite yummy w lemon actually. (= didn’t try the tuna/octo/yellowfin/scallops.. maybe another time.
walked over to bugis street. which was hell. eew))))= mad packed please! ate desserts at this.. idk where, but it’s at bugis junction. and somehow they convinced me to eat durian. -washes mouth- still don’t like the pungent smell, and the aftertaste!!!! srsly even aft hrs, when you burp….
went to the arcade. funfunfun. got my ass kicked. haha. then took a bus back to my place. had dinner at ayer rajah w sis, kim, marv and chris. then marv, chris, tom and i went to party world (haha). murdered everyone w our voices.
and that’s it for these 2 weeks. super long update, so much fun, though im soooo sleepy. i’m going to miss heading out to all the random touristy areas and pretending to be a tourist )= there’s still places i haven’t been to yet!
