my weekend was spent saying goodbye.

didn’t really like the weekend that much. don’t think i’m looking forward to the coming week either.

Everyone’s going back to melbourne! -frowns- i don’t really like it. not having my friends with me, the 3 hour time difference (though for one it went from a 13/14 hour time difference to a 3 hour one, so i’m glad i guess)

saturday was one hectic day. woke up at 9, went to the bank.. it was painless thankfully the place was crowded…

met up with the chubs.

we went to changi city, never knew it existed, it’s near expo!

it’s like an all-day breakfast place, i ordered steak and scrambled eggs. they came with pancakes and i requested they be put onto another plate. it confuses me when food mixes. :/

took a walk, the place is cold, guess not many people wanna head there because it’s too far… well for people who stay in the west (aka me)

j is seriously one of the best people i know. ever. he puts up w my requests (in return, i meet him after his nap/dotA ends haha), he continues my ridiculous conversations about “rape at the coastal route” and “balloons at a birthday”. also, the one night where i called him sobbing for eternity cos of a bad dream. :/ or in melbourne where i’d tell him to go to the balcony and i’ll wave my phone (when it’s lighted) and he’d wave back like some silly morse code.

okay anyway, to build up on that, I decided to send ben10 off, and j accompanied me… okay what he said was “you go find your friend, call me when you’re done” and we went out separate ways

jojo

two of my most trusted older brothers (of sorts, i really feel awkward saying this but they’re really like the older brothers i never had hahaah). am glad jojo is back in singapore.. at least there’s 1 of them here!

dislike airports a lot it makes me sad to go there. saw a family say goodbye, the younger brother (about 10/12) was holding a teddy and crying his eyes out. his family didn’t look too good either. i guess, no matter how many times you leave, the truth is, it doesn’t get easier. the ones “left behind” may feel it more, but it doesn’t mean those who leave don’t get those wavy emotions.

anyhoo, called j and we went to changi village to hang out (=

that was when… he played candy crush and i… decided to try it. bad move. )=

and then i said bye to j. </3 really. i guess it'll be alright since we whatsapp…. year end then. as i'm not planning to visit melb any time soon.

went to W hotel singapore after that. damn that place is hell classy?!

the lights… everything. it’s just.. perfect. a superb place (yes i think it’s better than mbs, one the rooms are really well done up, two it’s less crowded, three the price is about the same. there’s a promo now too!)

swimming pool? sold.

today i went to dan’s church and said my third goodbye.

lunch at soup spoon. bread bowls (as much as i dislike bread) are really cool. can you imagine having a bread so big you can wear it as a helmet.. and when you’re hungry you just… yeh.

slept the day away. and momsy suggested going out for dinner.. and i said yes. i don’t know why i did that. but happy i did. i don’t really go out for dinner, usually i’m too lazy, and then i get moody being stuck at home so..

dinner at sushi tei in west coast plaza. we were saying how these few days feel like winter in singapore, and we’d die in a cold country. haah.

alright, that’s about it for now, more goodbyes to come.
